Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the Cocorise mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Solstys I.T. (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Solstys I.T.”).

Cocorise is an alarm and wake-up companion app designed to help users wake up with intention through alarms, sounds, missions, routines, and progress tracking.

This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and what rights you may have regarding your information.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

A. Information You Provide Directly

Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:

  • password or authentication credentials,

  • profile information you choose to provide.

Alarm and Routine Data
We collect information necessary to provide the core functionality of Cocorise, including:

  • alarm schedules,

  • selected sounds,

  • mission settings,

  • repeat preferences,

  • wake-up targets,

  • streaks,

  • badge and achievement progress,

  • wake-up statistics and response metrics.

Photos and Camera Content
Some missions may require you to take a photo, such as a sky photo, a made bed, or another visual verification task.

These images may be processed to verify mission completion. We do not permanently store these photos on our servers unless:

  • you explicitly choose to save or back them up,

  • or storage is required for a technical or support reason.

Communications
If you contact us by email, support form, feedback form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you provide.

Payment Information
We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s own privacy and payment terms.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

Device Information

  • device model,

  • operating system version,

  • app version,

  • language,

  • device identifiers,

  • crash and performance data.

Usage Information

  • app sessions,

  • features used,

  • alarms created,

  • alarms completed,

  • missions completed,

  • settings preferences,

Sensor Data
If a mission uses device capabilities such as motion or vibration, relevant sensor data may be accessed to enable that feature. Where possible, such data is processed locally on the device.

Approximate Location
We do not collect precise GPS location unless explicitly stated and authorized. We may infer approximate location from IP address for analytics, localization, or fraud prevention purposes.

3. Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Infrastructure

We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate and improve the Services, including:

  • analytics tools,

  • crash reporting tools,

  • cloud hosting and storage providers,

  • authentication providers,

  • push notification services.

These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf and only for the purposes we specify.

4. AI or Automated Processing

  • verifying mission completion from a photo,

  • generating or recommending alarm sound styles,

  • providing personalized wake-up suggestions,

  • analyzing wake-up patterns or preferences.

When photo-based mission verification is used, images may be securely transmitted to a third-party processing provider for the sole purpose of analyzing whether the mission was completed.

We do not authorize such providers to use your submitted content to train general-purpose models unless explicitly stated and lawfully permitted.

Where AI-based suggestions are provided, they are intended for informational and wellness-related use only. They are not medical advice.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain Cocorise,

  • create and manage your account,

  • deliver alarm, mission, sound, and progress features,

  • personalize your wake-up experience,

  • send service-related messages and support responses,

  • improve app performance and user experience,

  • monitor usage and fix bugs,

  • detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use,

  • comply with legal obligations,

  • enforce our Terms and protect our rights.

Where permitted by law and with your consent when required, we may also use your information to send you marketing communications.
